Webinar - From weed infested drain to bushland haven

This webinar was a great opportunity to hear of 45 years work on restoring Merri Creek to the treasured bushland haven that we love today. Campaigns were fought to preserve the creek and riparian zones from a freeway, concrete and inappropriate development.

A program of ecological restoration has repaired and provided habitat for a range of plants, namimals, birds and insects - as well as water borne creatures.  As well as being beautiful, the Merri Parklands are in important contributor to urban biodiversity.
