Our last event for the year will be at Albion Street, Brunswick East.

Where to meet at 9:50 am:

The Merri Creek Trail entrance adjacent to 5 Albion St, Brunswick East 3057.

Activities:

We will be handweeding a range of annual grasses and broadleaf weeds, such as Barley-grass and Cleavers to help improve conditions for the rare aquatic plants and surrounding indigenous vegetation.

Please bring water, sunscreen and a hat. It's important that you wear suitable protective clothing: long sleeves, long pants and enclosed shoes.

We also encourage you to bring insecticide and familiarise yourself with preventative measures for the Buruli Ulcer.

We will finish around 12 midday.

Please don't attend if you are feeling unwell, or have cold or flu-like symptoms. Any children attending must at all times be in the company of, and under the direct supervision of, their parent or guardian.
