Wednesday Volunteers

We will be planting a total of 53 large pots of Matted Flax-lily, Dianella ameona  - a threatened plant species found along Merri Creek. This is part of a larger planting of the same species along the creek in Fawkner to further research this beautiful plant.

Covid-19 Precautions:

We ask all volunteers to bring their own gloves, drinking water, sunscreen and a mask. We will provide emergency supplies however, and handwashing facilities.
 
We will observe social distancing on-site.
 
Please do not attend if 
- You are feeling unwell
- You are awaiting the results of a Covid-19 test
- You have been instructed to self-isolate
 
Also, It's important that you wear suitable protective clothing: a hat, long sleeves, long pants and enclosed shoes.
 
In the event of extreme weather, please check your emails for any cancellation. (A little bit of rain doesn't count!).
