Merri Creek Musing (Pt 1) by Polly Bastow

Merri Creek Musing (Part 1) is created by Friends Member and local artist Polly Bastow. It is a continuous drawing, showing scenes, both real and imagined, from walks around Merri Creek.
Drawn in Ink and watercolour, the images are reproduced in 3 lots of 10 x A6 concertina prints.
They can be looked at folded in book form (at postcard size) or stretched out to reach 4.3m long, or 8.6m if Parts 1 & 2 are joined.
Kids love to make up their own stories about what is happening in the pictures.
Printed on 250gsm Silk finish. Printed in Melbourne wrapped in biodegradable cellophane.
